Now You See It: Light, Illusions, and the Science of Seeing

Explore how light behaves in this interactive optics event, when it encounters different materials and patterns. We will reveal the hidden physics behind everyday illusions. In one demonstration, you'll witness the “disappearing glass rods” effect, where glass vanishes when submerged in liquids with matching refractive indices!! In another activity, you'll view a “domino picture” that appears clear from afar but blurry up close!!
