From Nature to STEM: Community Science Day at Clayton State University!

Presented by Reynolds Nature Preserve, Finding The Flint, Chattahoochee Riverkeepers, South Rivershed Water Alliance, Flint Riverkeepers, American Rivers, Clayton State University STEM Cell Club

Join us at Reynolds Nature Preserve to explore our “nature oasis” next to Clayton State University (CSU)! From 12:30-3:00 pm we will go on nature walks, explore the nature center, and plant wildflower seeds to take home. At Clayton State’s Lakeview Discovery and Science Center we will explore water quality issues, microscopy, and the physics of light with hands-on demos and experiments for all ages! Starting at 3pm, we will have exclusive guided tours for middle and high school students to meet Clayton State University faculty and see the research that they do for the benefit of everyone in Clayton County and greater Atlanta!

If in the event of inclement weather, all activities at Reynolds Nature Preserve will be cancelled and all activities will move indoors, beginning and 3:30pm.
