Getting There

Parking Info

Parking for visitors to Oakland Cemetery is available in the paved lot at 342 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. SE. The entrance to the lot is directly across the street from DAS BBQ. More information available here.

Alternative Transportation

Take MARTA train to Georgia State Station. Walk 0.1 miles south on Piedmont Ave SE, turn left on Oakland Ave SE, and Oakland Cemetery will be on the right.

Oakland Cemetery has rough walkways with uneven brick that can be difficult to traverse and some steps on the walkways. If steps are an issue, typically you can find a path to walk around them, but it is difficult to avoid the uneven pathways.
