From experiments in the sun to eclipse simulations, from solar powered Make & Takes to 3D Printed, Laser Cut, and E-Shop eclipse viewer creations, people of all ages will enjoy sunny maker merriment. Celebrate the sun, learn new creative skills, and take home an Eclipse Viewer to continue your cosmic explorations during April's solar eclipse!

Parking Info

Plenty of free parking is available in the parking lot we share with the First Christian Church of Decatur. Free street parking is also available in surrounding neighborhood streets.

Alternative Transportation

Take MARTA to the downtown Decatur stop. Upon exiting, walk west on Ponce de Leon Ave for a little over half a mile to reach the Makerspace.
