Interactive Family Tour: CDC Museum
Visit the CDC Museum for a fun and interactive family tour of two exhibits: 1) Changing Winds: Public Health and Indian Country and 2) The Roots of Wisdom: Native Knowledge. Shared Science. We’ll explore the contributions of American Indians and Alaska Natives to public health, as well as examples of how traditional knowledge and Western science together create complementary solutions to contemporary concerns. You’ll get to tour the exhibits by participating in a scavenger hunt and challenge one another in an interactive quiz.
This tour is not appropriate for small children.
Getting there: From Lindbergh Station, take bus 6 to Clifton Road at CDC Parkway and walk down to the security booth.
Free parking is available onsite.
