Cooking with Microbes! Sauerkraut making demo

Come learn to cook with our tiniest kitchen helpers--beneficial microbes! We'll talk a little bit about the history and science of sauerkraut making, and together, we'll all dive into making a batch of sauerkraut to donate to our neighbors in need!

Getting there: The Edgewood Community Learning Garden is an 0.5 mile walk from the Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA station.
If driving, there is free parking available on surrounding streeets.
