Discover rock and soil types on Earth, the Moon and on Mars, volcanism, impacts, accretion and differentiation! Learn how to get your students ready to experience the upcoming Solar Eclipse. This educator workshop will certify in-service, pre-service, and informal educators to handle and borrow NASA's lunar samples and meteorite collection.

The NASA Educator Professional Development Collaborative is providing NASA's Lunar and Meteorites Certification Class. FREE Lunar Certification Workshop open to all educators (in-service, pre-service* and informal). The certification allows educators to handle and borrow Lunar samples from NASA! The workshop will cover the following topics: rock and soil types on Earth, the Moon and on Mars, volcanism, impacts, accretion and differentiation! Educator must be present and attend all 6 hours of the workshop in order to receive certification.
