We can't go back in time and directly observe the process of human evolution, but thankfully, scientists keep finding more and more ways to investigate our past. We find clues in footprints preserved in volcanic ash. We use cutting-edge imaging techniques to understand how the human brain evolved. Join members of Emory’s Anthropology Department to discuss recent discoveries, and examine a cast collection of fossilized skulls of our human ancestors.
This event will be held in Room 205 of White Hall at Emory. Parking is available in the Peavine Visitor Lot (free) or in the Oxford Road Visitor Deck (free after 7pm).
