In this playful workshop, paleontologist Tony Martin, author of Dinosaurs Without Bones, will introduce scientific concepts from his new book, The Evolution Underground. Ruth Schowalter, a certified leader in Interplay (an improvisational system using voice and body for learning) will co-lead. We will improvise on what you know or don’t know about animal burrows and their evolution, encouraging everyone to move and speak imaginatively and dig deep when pondering why animals evolved toward underground lifestyles.
Enter Core Dance Studio from Decatur Square. Paid street parking is available or take MARTA to the Decatur station. Register in advance here or just head on over!
