Tag along with two geologist-educators to see the beautiful building stones and folded natural rock layers of Midtown Atlanta, on a walking tour from Symphony Hall to Rhodes Hall. Dr. Bill Witherspoon, co-author of Roadside Geology of Georgia, teams up with highly sought guest speaker from Georgia Mineral Society and Atlanta Geological Society, Bill Waggener, to interpret the stories that rocks tell.
There will be a lot of people in Woodruff Arts plaza for other events on Sunday, so we will meet across Peachtree Street from the plaza at the First Presbyterian Church. The sign in table will be located close to the church office reception area.

Pay parking is available on the street or at Woodruff Arts Center. Or take Marta to the Arts Center stop!
Note: This event also occurred on Thursday March 16 at 1p.m.
