Propose An Event
The success of the Atlanta Science Festival depends upon collaboration. Local museums, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, community groups and businesses work together to produce and promote Festival events that encourage conversations and inspire curiosity about regional STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) research and innovation. We invite organizations to partner with the Festival to propose events and to engage the community. We are so proud to have partnered with more than 100 amazing organizations to make last year's Festival an amazing success. View our 2016 Report for an overview of last year's successes and a list of our 2016 partners.
STEPS TO BECOME A PARTNER
1. View our Partner Guide for more information about the expectations for partnership, details about proposing events and Expo exhibits, key dates, and FAQs.
2. Complete the Partner Confirmation Form to request or renew your partnership. Upon approval, we will list you, at least initially, as a Community Partner. Community Partners promote the Festival, bring audiences and offer venues for programming. To be a partner, you must be an organization or company (no individuals) with a shared interest in our mission. We ask that you complete the partner form each year for each new Festival season.
- Confirmed partners are invited to propose an event for inclusion in the 2017 Festival by completing the online form prior to October 28, 2016. This is not the mechanism for Expo exhibits or performances; see below.
- Partners and other organizations are invited to propose an Expo exhibit or performance for the March 25, 2017 Exploration Expo by completing the online form prior to January 9, 2017.
